Pros: Decent overall Benefits.
Cons: Terrible Senior Leadership in the Sales Department. Will not promote top performers.
Company has no direction. To top heavy with Managers. Company will not promote within. One of the most dysfunctional companies I have ever worked for.

This company and its managers make a lot of promises to get people to come to work there and its all lies on what you can make or will make. Also there service are way higher than the national average. You can get the same service from a smaller company in you area you call home . All Pest Control companys use the same chemicals it not always the company fault that a good job is not being done it is the person doing the service. But I will say Presto X is all about how many stops a person can do on his rout and not about service the push there employees to do more and more stops. OH yes they say to the customer is all about service but the employees are pushed on a daily route to do more work
