Picker/Forklift Driver (Former Employee) – Guilderland, NY – January 11, 2018
I got blamed for things that I didn't even do, On top that you cant even talk to your boss about it because he will flip out on you, lack of communication is all I will say..... After being blamed for something for the second time and yelled at I left, I didn't need to go to work to get treated like a child, very unprofessional..... Their needs to be an open line of communication and their deffinatly is not....
Held responsible for things you cannot control, lack of direction
Purchaser (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA – September 27, 2017
If you like poor management and being ridiculed in front of your peers then this is the place. Unclear work expectations and being held responsible for things beyond your control. People who dont do their jobs and cause problems for everyone else to complete their jobs are not held to the same standardand as the personnel who do their work diligently. Favoritism is rampant and obvious.
Merchandiser (Former Employee) – Carrolltom, Texas – April 21, 2017
My job consisted of driving to various Home Depot and Lowes stores in the DFW area to service their Gripright nails and screws. I also went to Shreveport and Bozier City in Louisiana. I had a company pickup truck.
expect you to do the work of multiple people for multiple reasons such as understaffed and the staff they do hire don't care because there is no advancement. they say there is but 35 cent raises each year is definitely not worth getting there at 7 am and not leaving until 7 or 8 or even later that night then having to do it all over again
do whatever you want all day because noone pays attention
