Management needs to know what happens in the classroom. They need the experience working in the classrooms. They need to understand why there are times teachers are having to "yell" and that's because the kids are being so loud they can't hear the teacher when the teacher speaks so the teacher has to yell and then the teacher gets in trouble because they yelled because the kids won't listen.
Work on management staff relationships. Talk to teachers and not at teachers. Realize everyone is there for one reason first and that is the children. They aren't dollar signs. They're little beings growing daily.
