About PRINCE TELECOM

Founded in 1986 in New Castle, Delaware with a commitment to deliver outstanding service that consistently exceeds customer expectations, Prince Telecom Inc. has grown to become one of the nation's largest fulfillment providers. With 2000 employees in 51 office locations in more 23 states, Prince Telecom affords its customers consolidation opportunities – more... and an ability to deploy a well-equipped, professionally trained and experienced workforce capable of meeting needs anywhere in the United States. Prince Telecom offers a wide range of services to include residential and commercial service connectivity, digital converter deployment, high speed modem installations, DV and VOIP integration services, underground and aerial construction services, and special projects such as Grounding and Audit. Uniquely aware of industry trends, Prince Telecom is well-positioned to anticipate and prepare for the future needs of any and all MSO's.

At Prince Telecom we are proud of our Installation Technicians and Operational Support Teams who meet our strict pre-employment, and on-going safety and quality control criteria; and, we reward their outstanding performance with competitive pay, bonus programs, paid training, career development programs, safety certifications, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

Prince Telecom's training programs, which are facilitated by our certified trainers, once senior operators themselves, embrace a two-tiered approach to training. The first tier targets our newly-hired technicians with comprehensive three and four-week academic and practical application programs to include ladder safety certification, driver safety certification, road-testing, and class-based training and testing with a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Trainees who successfully meet Prince Telecom's strict training standards are provided company uniforms, a company vehicle, paid fuel, cable-specific tools, an expansion ladder, and all safety-related equipment to include hard-hats, safety goggles, safety vests, safety belts, and vehicle cones. Once employed, the second tier targets incumbent technicians to provide numerous opportunities for up-training in Digital Voice, Telephony and ongoing training in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

With the addition this spring of over 400 new vehicles Prince Telecom will expand its operations and continue to project a positive image to our customers and their communities. At Prince Telecom we believe in a professional, consistent appearance of our Technicians and company vehicles, servicing MSO subscribers with fully trained Dispatch Teams and Field Supervision available 24 hours day/7 days week. – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
