Full-Time Purchasing/Bookkeeper Position needed for building company located in South Iredell County, NC

The following are required for this position:
~ Experience in Estimating and Purchasing
~ Experience in using Quickbooks Premier-Contractor accounting software
~ Advance training in Microsoft Excel (i.e., spreadsheets and formulas)
~ Experience with all Microsoft Office software products
~ Excellent communication skills (including phone, oral & written )

The following are helpful but not required for this position:
~ Knowledge/experience using Sage100 Contractor accounting software
~ Knowledge of Building/Construction Project Management
~ Experience using Microsoft Project software
