Responsible for recruiting and selecting professional and managerial staff from internal and external sources.
Source and select talented, driven, and professional IT Professionals nationwide.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process.
Collaborate and consult with US based Managers to identify hiring needs, evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and pipeline talent.
Conduct interviews, evaluate employment factors including job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities, and consult with management to recommend candidates, and starting salaries.
Responsible for planning and conducting innovative employment advertising campaigns, job fairs, etc. to recruit candidates.
Develop effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools and all levels of internal management.
Responsible for high volume capacity recruiting; conduct approximately 100 phone interviews per month.
Utilize various documentation methods on applicants through multiple online tracking systems including Online Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel worksheets.
Serve as the key information resource for: application questions and status, general guidelines for recruitment process, hiring functions, WFTA policies and procedures, and State and Federal Employment Laws.
