This company has 2 Locations. USA & London. As a manager, you will communicate with both offices to share ideas and so forth on a weekly basis. This call center receives way more calls than they can handle based on only having 10 CSR agents. Based on a 10 hour days, metrics shows over 5000 calls coming in but to efficiently assist customers without misleading them on a call back, we could only handle about 400 completed calls. As a CSR , I handled and de-escalated manager calls and then was promoted due to it. Over-all, this company will over-work you and under pay you.
