A very productive work place with great employees and great bosses to work with
Production Worker (Former Employee), Winnipeg, MBMarch 3, 2014
Pros: easy job
Cons: long hours
Very physical work place due to the fact that you have to stand all shift long and be very attentive to what going on around you. Most of the time i worked 12 hrs shift with one hour of break. I would start at 7pm all the way to 7 am in the morning or from 7am to 7pm. I had great managers who were very supportive and were welling to teach me everything – more... they knew and made sure that i knew what to do in case something happens. Enjoyable part of the job is when the machine breaks down haha... you will have to wait until they get fixed and that would take up to 2 to 3 hrs sometime but you get paid just the same. The hardest part of the job would be standing up all shift long. – less

Very hard to work there
Controller (Former Employee), Toronto, OntarioFebruary 12, 2014
Cons: giving you jobs and responsibilities and then take them away
Learning to work with the owner who had a very bad temper and constantly yelled if he could not understand what you were telling him. Over time I finally was able to communicate the financial information to him where he was able to understand.
It was a very hard company to work for as most of the employees had an I don't care attitude.

*many people were able to manage time because if you don't then your money gets deducted
*my co-workers were hard working and they liked working as a team
*it was to sleep at work to do an urgently needed project because it came late
*being spoiled,taking – more... out to enjoy ourselves – less
