Central Business Office Biller (Current Employee) – Eddystone, PA – September 1, 2017
- no sense of job security -executive management clueless as to what we do -other ancillary staff stretched to far and unable to fulfill their obligations to billing team as they are cleaning toilets, cooking, working reception etc.. -the healthcare package is insufficient
Priority health care group... where the bottom dollar is the priority not the residents.
RN (Current Employee) – Pennsylvania – August 16, 2017
Staffing is horrible. RNs frequently doing the jobs of 3 people. 1 CNA to 25 residents for evening shift. Management does nothing to help or motivate the staffing issues..complaints go unfollowed. No support from management in the building for nursing related issues. The horrible lazy workers get away with everything but the hard workers are left carrying double the work load. Residents cant even get an extra pack of crackers with their meals cause the budget is so tight. Frequently running out of briefs and other essential items. You dont get paid OT for working more than 8 hours a day. And nobody cares because the bottom line is it saves the company the extra buck.
UNIT MANAGER/HOUSE SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) – Stroudsburg, PA – August 1, 2017
No day is ever the same. Most days you will find yourself performing duties that were not an agreed part of your hired job function. However, joy is found in the difference that is made in each resident's life you encounter.
I enjoyed working there before priority took over then when the new manager took over it's like she forgot where she came from and also has alot of favoritism which is something you can't have in a workplace your business is not safe you should be offered an open door policy which isn't offered instead everyone k ow your business I wouldn't recommend working for them or the manager of housekeeping and laundry
LPN Charge Nurse (Former Employee) – PA – April 7, 2017
negative work enviornment. management is absent and clueless. staff isn't provided the training or supplies needed to care for patients. Health insurance is crazy expensive so they get you to work more hours basically for free.
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Lititz, PA – March 15, 2017
Started working for this company because they took over the last one I was working for. I have seen only positive changes, and can't wait to see where it takesus. The team at Lititz is the best and only getting better. They treat us right, and are flexible if we need it. I'm not going anywhere.
Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – PA – February 2, 2017
Do not care about their employees from the top to the bottom. No help, motivation, communication, follow-up, no nothing. It's so sad how no one cares in management or Corporate. I feel sorry for the residents on a daily basis
LPN (Current Employee) – Phenix City, AL – October 28, 2016
Company unorganized. ...no proper training on paperwork or procedures but would quickly tell you you were doing it wrong or s.thing needed to be submitted without properly explaining it....not good at handling conflict between staff nor family/worker conflict....depending on your area you live in you may have an assignment or you may be out of work
Nurse (Former Employee) – Chicopee, MA – October 10, 2016
This place is a wreck right now as of 10/10/2016!!! DO NOT waste your time even considering working at this place..it's a piece trash!. They do not appreciate the cnas and they are too understaffed. You have two cnas working on the floor for about 32 residents..they really just need to close this place down. Everyone that starts lasts the most 1 month. It's a shame management is horrible they don't know what they are doing. The only way to save this place is to hire a new management team of strong experienced people. I see this place closing Real soon if they do not get it together!! Residents don't get the care and time they deserve because it's so busy. The nurses do not answer ANY call bells. All they do is pass out meds or stand behind the nurses station! Maybe it was meant to be by the dump for a reason because this place is trash!!!!!!
Rehab Technician (Current Employee) – Chicopee, MA – October 6, 2016
Recently sold to national company. Staffing is very poor. Company morale best described as brutal. Patient care is limited by staff shortage. At best they should shutter the doors and let people find better solutions to take care of their loved ones. It could be used as a replacement for gitmo with better results.
Near the pike
The dump across the street complains about the smell, staffing, building is ancient, equipment is in poor shape, nursing can be as venomous as a smale
This is not a place to work.. The benefits are horrible & the thought of them deducting money if you call out due to an emergency is crazy... because sure they tell you everything about this company upfront.
You have only one patient
No vacation or sick days, deduct money from your check if you call out for an emergency
Family oriented facility that puts residents first - great place to work
Therapist (Current Employee) – Chicopee, MA – April 17, 2016
What stands out is coworkers are always smiling and really care about the residents and families they care for. Fantastic activities department with lots of activities 7 days/wk to keep patients happy and busy. Good team environment, very supportive.
Home health aide (Former Employee) – Cleveland, OH – March 4, 2015
to much to work to do for a very low pay, there a lots of health care company that pay a lot more for the same job. the staff are ok, very easy to work with them, yes this is the only thing good about it.
