Horrible Managment
project Mgr (Former Employee), Austin TXJanuary 17, 2014
Pros: non
Basically very few people... they dont have an office space, but are in a HUB incubator. The "MD" has an unpleasant attitude.. a basic bunch of "zucks" wannabe without the Zuck knowledge.

The organisation is wack, i mean Skype does it all.. No value proposition..

Owner (Former Employee), Santa Rosa Beach, FLAugust 16, 2012
Pros: made my own schedule, enjoyed the industry
Cons: hard to find people with a good work ethic
A typical work day consisted of handling day to day operations and working with customers in various situations. I learned how to run a business and manage employees. I worked with all types of people and could help them with any issues they may have had. The hardest part of the job was convincing clients that I was the person they were looking for to handle their property. I really enjoyed working with people and fullfilling my clients needs.

Pros: do spend a lot of time on customer relations to insure good quality
Cons: health care is not provided by comapny
Work from 8 am till needed it could be as mush as 16 hrs per day sometimes, get along with everyone at the office and on the field, including customer relations, the most enjoyable part of the job is to accomplish all work done to customer satisfaction
