Call center rep for time warner cable answering calls with auto dial. Transferred customers to desired department.
I enjoyed the call center setting working with people and talking to people across the world was fun.

looking for a company with benefits an opportunity to grow with in the company,decent hours cause i do have a family doesn't mean i'm not willing to O/T just would like reasonable schedule one that is set even though schedules are subject to change.

Good in the beginning until the fourth years when most years were warehouse.

This company was a temp agency that tried to place you in a job that would last long term. They actually did that and I was employed full time for 2 years until the job was sent to a different state

Lead agent for team of 15 agent. Met team goals. 50 outbound calls to customer's to handle escalated issues. Answered inquiries about monthly statements, status of accounts, and transferred funds from checking to savings accounts. Gained experience with 3 major credit unions. These jobs were only temporary assignments till something permenant came along.

the supervisors were really nice and the training that I received was excellant

I worked with some of the sweetest people at Gwinnett Animal Control this was a temp job and when funds were cut ProStaff found me the job at Rooms To Go .

Pro Staff overs temporary and temp to hire work assignments with their business clients. The assignments are with highly professional and friendly well known businesses. The wage is reasonable and they offer benifits as well like insurance and vacation time.
