IT (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – September 7, 2015
Corporate goals, targets, desires were perpetually moving. Just as soon as the ship left the dock, a change in course was needed. There seemed to be too many hands on the tiller, many of them not understanding the market or the customers.
Admin/Human Resources Department (Former Employee) – Villa Rica, GA – April 29, 2015
I absolutely loved working at Probuild, however, at times it could be a little hectic. That was primarily due to the fact that the location I was employed with was a new expansion, therefore there were people placed in positions that had no business being there. When I was let go due to my position no longer being needed, I was devastated.
Wonderful comapny, very caring people
Generally we never recieved our breaks, hectic environment
Great IT Operations staff, upper management frequently changing direction
Network Engineer (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – April 25, 2015
ProBuild has a talented IT Operations staff that makes the environment fun. Unfortunately, upper management and the executive team frequently changes priorities and directions while mandating aggressive project timelines. ProBuild offers a top notch data center with much learning and experience to be gained. My co-workers and direct manager are excellent and make everyday enjoyable and stimulate constant learning and team support.
Great learning environment, great team, great direct manager
Company is very family oriented for a very large company. You must have a very extensive knowledge of Windows based programs as they have there own software that you need to learn. Company is a high volume building materials supplier.
Probuild is a well established and nationwide Building Material Supplier
Sales (Former Employee) – Greater Phila Pa – September 28, 2013
Company keeps up to date on all technical support. Benefits and salary compensation are at the top of the industry. Quality of workplace conditions are very good. Must produce if job is sales oriented. Job security based on production. Outside sales is a 24 hour day. Co-workers are supportive in every way. Changes to policies are very challenging. Like trying to make a quick U turn with a Cruise ship
Good stable company. Has growing pains like any other company. I would recommend
