3 months for a plant technician from the time I submitted my application to the final offer. Had to do a personality test, mechanical aptitude test, first and second interview. Then if you get an offer it's conditions are that you pass the health & drug test, background check and fit for duty test. After all that you receive a final offer of employment.
The hiring process took approximately 6 months from application to start date. After submitting the application, i went to the facility to take a logic test. After that was passed, I went on an interview with various employees of the site as well as took a tour of the plant. About a month later, I was offered the job and a start date, which was about a month after.
