Supervisor over other technicians (Current Employee), Lancaster, SCJuly 31, 2014
Pros: great pay and benefits
Cons: hard to balance work life and home life
Troubleshoot any and all mechanical problems with Duracell battery machines. I ensure the quality is perfect, lube all machines, supervise over two lines, I am the safety functional leader as well. I am also the Lube owner for my shift. I have learned a lot working here including great mechanical skills. Being successful at this job is all about your – more... willingness to learn new things and everyday I come in with the mindset of learning as much as possible. – less

Excellent experience to develop to the next level my technical, leadership and team work skills
Trained and Qualified Operations Technician (Former Employee), PRJuly 27, 2014
Pros: great compensations benefits
Cons: lots of contractors that cause high operational costs
For the last years my experience in Procter and Gamble it's been such a journey in the opportunity to create and develop my leadership, technical and team work skills to another superior level. A typical day of work starts with a departments meeting in where we align the daily plans and operational strategies for being the best productive technicians – more... to the business. What I've learn working hand by hand with the management and co-workers is that we are a one winning team with the same focus and strategies to work and direct our efforts for the best of the business. The hardest part of the jobs is that sometimes we have to work hard with some short time process that can convert our duties more complicated, but with the proper training, skills and teamwork effort we can make anything possible no matter the pressure. The most enjoyable part of the work is that all my team during the past years that have been passed we're transform ourselves from regular co-workers to a family. That's why now i feel confident to start a new journey with a new company or business to also continue transforming my skills and capabilities to the best of the business and being a better human being and professional. – less

P&G was wonderful
Senior Specialty Territory Manager (Former Employee), Long Island, NYJuly 18, 2014
Pros: great family company
Cons: the company was broken up
I loved working for P&G. They were a great company with wonderful family values. We all worked hard and knew we were appreciated. I learned about all the work we, as a company, did for people around the world and how to appreciate what we have. It was humbling. The management was skilled and managed us with compassion and caring. We used to have great – more... team building exercises that helped us learn about other people's cultures. We were a very diverse company. I love and miss my team mates everyday. The best part of the job was the people and products. We were proud to represent P&G out in the field. The hardest part is when we, the healthcare division was sold and we all got separated. – less

Horrible
Contractor (Current Employee), St. Louis, MOJuly 15, 2014
Pros: semi-steady work
Cons: short breaks, no benefits, minimum wage
Staff management is the temporary service that they operate through, and they are unprofessional, do not show concern for workers in any form or fashion, and will slave you even if your health is not up to par. It is by far the worst place I have ever worked.

Plant Technician (Current Employee), Albany, GAJuly 7, 2014
Pros: pay
Cons: hours. shift work
Unless you like working swing shifts and 12 hour shifts. If you are in a day shift role or management expect 60 to 80 hour weeks in most operational roles. There are some roles there that area normal schedule. Home life is hard with this schedule.
