They don't always practice what they preach
Sr. Analyst (Former Employee) – Woodland Hills, CA – April 18, 2017
The company promotes work, life, balance, but they don't always practice what they preach. While they say they value their people, that's not always the case and that was the outcome of the survey of the employees. They don't feel as valued, or felt that they were compensated accordingly. Also, they don't usually promote within. Within P&G, you have to be willing to relocate if you want to get promoted, so if you're not willing to move, chances are, they'll bring in someone else from outside to be your next boss, instead of promoting you who's qualified to take on the leadership role. Due to this reason, P&G loses many qualified employees.
