Seattle is great!
Clinical (Current Employee), Seattle WAOctober 20, 2013
I don't know about the other centers but Seattle has an amazing positive energy and team spirit! The employees delivering clinical care are truly a team. Docs are great and patients receive the best of care. Pay is good, benefits good and employees are respected and valued for their opinions.

One of the worst places to work in the country. Ask staff or anyone who works there.

Collaborative Team Working Toward a Common Goal
Senior Associate, Corporate & Project Finance (Current Employee), New York, NYMay 3, 2013
Pros: work-life balance
Although ProCure is a for profit company, its primary goal is to provide access to proton therapy to those with cancer. Because of this, everyone works very collaboratively. In addition, because it's an early-stage company, each person's role involves a variety of responsibilities and has allowed me to learn a great deal beyond the scope of my position.

Hopefully within 5 years a 2nd Generation Proton Therapy unit will fit into a conventional room. Then most Cancer Centers will be able to provide Proton Therapy for the masses.
