A typical day at work consisted of filing clients folders, following up on emails, data entry, scheduling appointments, taking messages, faxing, making copies, and driving to clients businesses to deliver of pick up documents. I learned how to work in an office environment; I learned how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The manager /owner was always willing to participate with all work, motivate other co-workers to completed assignments and making sure the office was a fun place to work. Hardest part of the job was improving my typing speed. The most enjoyable part of the job was the ability to work amongst professionals and able to learn from them.
