The President and Vice president overview all clients and employees. Both are very personable and easy to talk to. Other office employees are not so approachable.
For what I needed in a job at the time this was the perfect opportunity. It allows you take on cases/ clients that fit into your schedule. You commit to those clients and have a set schedule. Assistance, advise, or guidance is a phone call away while the office is open. Otherwise you will be in contact with an answering service, sometimes the response is quick other times it is not.
In home health you will be working solo, therefore you need to be prepared for whatever may occur.
