Great Mission and Awesome Projects est. but hard on employees
Assistant Building Manager (Former Employee) –  Philadelphia, PAMarch 14, 2014
Overall a motivating and good culture to work for because you are working for a organization that is aiming to end a terrible epidemic in america; homelessness. However it was a struggle to work in a environment where the department (property management) lacked structure. With their attempt to change things for the better some things were hard to get through and there was a lot of mistakes that added to the already stressful jobs in property management.
Pros
great mission and awesome clients
Cons
lack of structure in specific departments

Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Philadelphia, PADecember 29, 2012
Overall it was good. One of those very humbling jobs to have, meeting new people from all walks of life. Typical day at work consisted of billing reports, check request, time sheet submittals (depending on week), payroll, fax, scanning etc. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people and the cause of the organization.
Pros
everything listed above
Cons
short breaks so you have to eat fast
