Fun place to work but many changes the past few years.
Managing Consultant (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – December 9, 2015
Fun place to work but as the company grew many of the upper management slowly moved on to other jobs. Many new faces started to appear and it felt as thou the company standards where not the same as when I had first started. Learned many new skills and helped develop our department and as new management took over those standards where not as important.
Onsite Consultant for Credico USA (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – November 4, 2015
This was a great company to work for. The management was always able to assist and was willing to lead as effective leaders. Other employees were willing to teach you and mentor you when you needed assistance.
Contractor (Former Employee) – Chicago – September 3, 2013
Worked with PLA under a contract and this company does not value their employees let alone those that assist them with contracts. They make their own salaried employees work 60-70 hours a week without any compensation. Treated us contractors like dirt. Very inconsistent information. Wined and dined us and took us to breakfast in the beginning but after that never again. Only their direct hires got the responsibility of helping with the project while the contractors performed manual labor. Project Manager was an inexperienced liar. Not about providing quality customer service. The one plus is that they did have one talented network administrator that was a lead. The place where they have the contract doesn't even favor them. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Thank God I was only a contractor.
loyal workers. free breakfast and lunch sometimes.
