NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!!!!!!
Contractor (Former Employee), ChicagoSeptember 3, 2013
Pros: loyal workers. free breakfast and lunch sometimes.
Cons: management was not good.
Worked with PLA under a contract and this company does not value their employees let alone those that assist them with contracts. They make their own salaried employees work 60-70 hours a week without any compensation. Treated us contractors like dirt. Very inconsistent information. Wined and dined us and took us to breakfast in the beginning but after – more... that never again. Only their direct hires got the responsibility of helping with the project while the contractors performed manual labor. Project Manager was an inexperienced liar. Not about providing quality customer service. The one plus is that they did have one talented network administrator that was a lead. The place where they have the contract doesn't even favor them. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Thank God I was only a contractor. – less
