Onsite Consultant for Credico USA (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILNovember 4, 2015
This was a great company to work for. The management was always able to assist and was willing to lead as effective leaders. Other employees were willing to teach you and mentor you when you needed assistance.

Consultant (Current Employee) –  Houston, txJune 26, 2015
if it were not for me moving, I would still like to work here, however, they do not have any telecommute jobs

Great benefits

Some of the clients can be...shall I say...difficult, but truly, who can't be?

Management - works well with you. They have an open door policy

SOC (Former Employee) –  ChicagoJanuary 9, 2015
Great place to work - No set training so if you are self learner this is the place for you - young ppl and a few older great place to pick up some skills.......

Learned various skills that included Office365 and other administration duties.

Good co-workers everyone is friendly
Hardest part of the job is learning it all by yourself and still being able to meet all of your SLAs- it takes time but you will be rewarded

Best part here are the ppl its a great mix
Pros
drinks at partys during office hours
Cons
bad at preparing you to be productive

Not a good company to work for!!!!!!!!
Contractor (Former Employee) –  ChicagoSeptember 3, 2013
Worked with PLA under a contract and this company does not value their employees let alone those that assist them with contracts. They make their own salaried employees work 60-70 hours a week without any compensation. Treated us contractors like dirt. Very inconsistent information. Wined and dined us and took us to breakfast in the beginning but after that never again. Only their direct hires got the responsibility of helping with the project while the contractors performed manual labor. Project Manager was an inexperienced liar. Not about providing quality customer service. The one plus is that they did have one talented network administrator that was a lead. The place where they have the contract doesn't even favor them. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Thank God I was only a contractor.
Pros
loyal workers. free breakfast and lunch sometimes.
Cons
management was not good.
