Poor Management.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLDecember 14, 2016
While working at Prolifics was a great experience professionally, the lack of management is excruciating, disapproval of CEO is about 85%. No one is truly happy about what they do, no chance of growth even if promised.

Good for pursuing career in IBM World
Sr. Consultant, Integration and SOA (Current Employee) –  NYJune 5, 2016
You will be working hard at client sites away from base location most of the time. You will get some on bench time in between projects. If you are busy not easy to switch to pursue other technologies.

Senior BPM Consultant (Current Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 13, 2015
Prolifics is a good company to work for. There is lots of overtime but at the same time, management is supportive and can step in to provide assistance/support/training etc as needed.

Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) –  New York , NYMay 13, 2015
No comments on managements but lost plenty of talented resources. They made no effort to obtain them with counter offers.
Pros
Work from home and quarterly bonuses
Cons
Lost talented resources and not making the effort to keep them

Laid Back Atmosphere, Back Stabbing
Consultant (Former Employee) –  New York, New YorkSeptember 10, 2014
PROS:
The pay is nice.
The ability to work from home (on select opportunities).
Laid back atmosphere.

CONS:
This company likes to applaud your work whenever they get the chance, but regardless of how well you do, you are always on the chopping block.

The management at Prolifics is non-existent. The entry-level workers have a better understanding of how a company should be run, while the higher ups do absolutely nothing but create conference calls and say how well they are doing (when in actuality its not even close to reality).

The blame game. Nobody takes responsibility for doing a poor job. It always has to be someone else's fault. The people who do a terrible job are only there because they have been with the company from the beginning, yet have no proper qualifications of working there.

Advice:
If you are hired by Prolifics, I would highly recommend that you are constantly searching for another job as a backup plan.

Did not love it
Project Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJune 20, 2013
This company is an IBM partner and a big part of what I worked on with clients was implementing portal technology. However, Prolifics as a company has a terrible portal, which is telling. We also didnt have a project management tool to track project status. Very odd and made communication more difficult than it needed to be
Pros
Decent salary
Cons
AWFUL healthcare plan - super high deductible. No PM tool to utilize

Prolifics is an excellent singing group
Performer (Current Employee) –  Detroit, MIDecember 7, 2012
Enjoy performing to audiance and receiving a great applause. I learned how people appreciate Motown Music
Our manager was not a professional person. Our co-workers work well together. We have prepare getting our performance together with chorographing. A finished product with the group after a performance
