Bylaws - We have developed a standard – more... set of bylaws for use in our Strata Corporations. These bylaws utilize the standard bylaws provided in the Strata Property Act and improve and clarify the wording. There are also a number of sections which allow for customization by individual Strata Corporations.
Welcome Package - We have developed a comprehensive welcome package for Strata Corporations. The welcome package provides new owners with considerable information about how a condominium works. A little education goes a long way in helping resolve potential conflicts.
Insurance - We have one of, if not the largest, good quality insurance portfolios in the City and as such we are able to offer excellent rates and terms to our clients. In addition to the excellent rates, we are able to provide additional coverage in some areas at no extra cost.
Banking - Our arrangement with our bank allows for interest to be paid on all operating accounts on a prime minus basis. Bonus interest is generally paid on contingency reserve funds and there are presently only minimal service charges on our bank accounts.
