Properties Magazine is dedicated to realty, construction and architecture in Northeast Ohio. The Advertising Sales Account Executive will be selling targeted print and online advertisements for our positive and comprehensive monthly editions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, assertive, detail-oriented and organized individual with solid presentation skills and honed telephone technique. The position requires superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in order to establish new accounts and retain existing ones. We are looking for someone who is skilled in one-on-one selling, with the ability to turn a cold call into a long-term win-win relationship.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity. Compensation is 100% straight commission, with earnings potential to $100,000-plus annually. This unique, challenging, highly visible independent contractor sales position includes a generous commission plan with opportunities for future growth and promotion. Do you have experience in solution-selling experience and knowledge? Are you able to persuade top corporate owners? If so, you may be a perfect fit. This is a high ticket, intangible sales atmosphere, requiring your fullest creativity, self-confidence and self motivation.
Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful, as is past experience in print ad sales. The ability to create ads and write editorial copy, and an interest or skill in photography and computer graphics is also a plus.
