Site Manager, San Antonio, TX - November 7, 2017
A typical day at work as a site manager included anything from following up on late notifications from scribes to meeting with medical directors and hospital administrators. I learned a lot about management while working at the company in addition to learning how to run a healthcare business. I learned about marketing, budgeting, advertising and overall what it takes to be a good manager. My account manager allowed for growth with little oversight and did not micromanage which was excellent. The workplace culture is descent. The hardest part of the job was accepting the pay compensation. The most enjoyable was the learning experience I was able to gain in the clinical and administration aspect of a healthcare business.
