Summary:

Reporting to the General Manager of Milwaukee, the PROSHRED Outside Sales Rep is in charge with developing a large sales territory within the Greater Milwaukee Area. Building upon our strong service base and client reputation, the successful candidate will build a growing book of Regularly Scheduled Recurring clients and One-Time Purge customers across the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business for PROSHRED’s document shredding services, legislatively required by clients of all business sizes and industry sectors
  • Execute a full-cycle sales process by developing, consulting and closing new customers on their document destruction needs
  • Manage and track a fast-moving pipeline of accounts utilizing the sales programs, materials and systems in place to accelerate growth
  • Contact leads, set appointments and present to clients face-to-face on the benefits and differentiators offered by PROSHRED
  • Prepare proposals and negotiation service terms and support service delivery to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Join networking outlets and social media groups to build relationships and open up referral channels
  • Adhere to PROSHRED ISO and NAID policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, high energy level, self motivated and flexible
  • Previous experience in direct sales, lead generation and relationship building
  • Computer literacy with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and the Internet
  • Excellent telephone skills and understanding developing and closing sales
  • Strong communication abilities, written and oral
  • Goal-oriented attitude, a strong work ethic and sound time management skills
