Unethical Company
Sales Representative-Inside Sales (Former Employee) –  Provo, UTDecember 15, 2015
They charged a outrages amount for their service. I think it was a scam half the time.

Prosper sold $ 5000.00 to 10,000.00 dollar programs that you could get the same info on the internet.

Rapidly growing Fintech company with room for growth
Customer Success Manager (Current Employee) –  Draper, UTSeptember 8, 2015
The company is growing quicker than it can fill desks. The management is extremely supportive and encouraging. The work environment is open to staff suggestions and looking to promote from within. The benefits package is the best I have ever seen, which is surprising for a young company. The company does want you to work as much as you can, but there is not too much negative pressure.
Pros
Benefits, Free food, Fun workplace
Cons
Constantly changing, lacking staff

In a perfect world... this company would "Prosper"
Loan Processor (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 7, 2014
If I had to rate the company/management, I would say rethink the group. It's extremely unfortunate that I would have to say this is by-far the worst company I've worked for (to date). The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The company has an overall low moral, there has been no improvement since I've been here. The only reason why I have remained with the company is to hang on for another career opportunity. Thanks goodness for the flexible schedule!
Pros
peers, compensation, and flexible schedule
Cons
lack of knowledgeable management and career advancement opporitunities

Coaching/Education (Former Employee) –  Provo, UTSeptember 5, 2012
Great company to start out with. Due to the economy and the style of the education they have there, its very difficult to see them hanging around much longer unfortunately.
Otherwise its a good company.
