In a perfect world... this company would "Prosper"
Loan Processor (Current Employee), San Francisco, CAMarch 7, 2014
Pros: peers, compensation, and flexible schedule
Cons: lack of knowledgeable management and career advancement opporitunities
If I had to rate the company/management, I would say rethink the group. It's extremely unfortunate that I would have to say this is by-far the worst company I've worked for (to date). The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The company has an overall low moral, there has been no improvement since I've been here. The only reason why I have remained with the company is to hang on for another career opportunity. Thanks goodness for the flexible schedule!

Great company to start out with. Due to the economy and the style of the education they have there, its very difficult to see them hanging around much longer unfortunately.
Otherwise its a good company.
