Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Beaverton, OR – April 8, 2014
Pros: it is a very simple job, which some may find a pro.
Cons: it gets boring easily, there is nothing new in the forcast, and no room for developing.
Working for ProtectCell has had it's ups and downs. I am currently employed there, and have yet to see all the open promises be filled. They promised growth within the company (many people who have been there since the location opened a year ago are still only working 28 hours a week), They told me that they would be entirely flexible with getting a – more... schedule that works for me, and my daughter with her daycare arrangements which is very important due to me being a single mom. They have held up to that so far, but now are wanting me to work closing shifts. The company isn't a bad temporary solution, but, it isn't anything that will become more than what it is. a entry level part time call center job. – less

Pros: the model of participating in local charities to give back to the community.
Cons: no retirement packages
ProtectCell is staffed with a little over 100 employees. The Executive Leadership team is inspirational and innovative with promoting independent thoughts and ideals on how to improve the company. The Co-founder's have very minimum interaction with the staff of the company, but makes it a point to communicate with the whole company monthly during the – more... Town Hall meetings. – less
