SUMMARY: The Customer Support Representative will enhance business relationships and provide problem resolution for field sales force, dealers and customers primarily via inbound/outbound calls, and by coordinating with internal company resources to maximize effectiveness of external sales team and promote positive and ongoing communication among external customer groups.
·Respond to incoming program questions from field sales force, dealers and customers to provide problem resolution by working with various internal team and management. Take ownership of each matter to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
·Outbound communication: Problem resolution follow-up and post launch communication to dealerships to enhance the relationship with external customers to provide for growth of product sales.
· Assist in dealer implementation process when needed.
· Other job duties as assigned including various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate with external sales force, dealers, agents, outside vendors and internal customers.
A minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
1-3 years proven customer service skills
Associates Degree preferred
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and quality of service in all aspects of relationship management
Sense of urgency and desire to succeed
Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple issues and demands
