PROTEMP STAFFING was founded in 1995. We have been serving clients from Nanaimo to Campbell River for almost 9 years. In the first three years we built a solid reputation for providing a level of service focused on a personalized, sincere, hands-on approach. In 1998, based on our successful business model and strategies, we expanded the company to include – more... a full-time recruitment division offering clients a fully balanced solution for all their hiring needs. In the Fall of 2003, we expanded once again to include an Industrial Division.
Protemp serves over 150 clients on Vancouver Island from Duncan to Campbell River. Our clerical division proudly serves a wide variety of professions including: medical, law and government offices, engineering firms, logging companies, Chartered Accounting firms and many, many more. The Industrial Division serves all industrial-based business in demand of labourers from construction companies to landscaping businesses.
We believe the quality of the recruiting process is commensurate with the quality of the outcome. Our staff is comprised of a total of four dedicated placement consultants and support staff who have earned the trust and respect of our clients and workers.
