coworkers and patients become like family.
I learned many things working for PHV. From paper to computer I was able to take advantage of the information provided to do my work and use those skills in other areas of my life. The most enjoyable part of my day was working with the residents and their families, also my immediate coworkers, workers on the floor, they were helpful, and respectful. The management was out of touch with the actual jobs that those who provide patient care really were. It was so much more than just taking care of patients, it was also assisting and caring for the family. Management was chaotic at best. I have many good friends to this day that I have met through my job at PHV, coworkers, patients and families the same.
