My current position demands organizational skills, team leadership skills, problem solving skills, the ability to shift gears and prioritize every day. It requires autonomy, creativity, compassion, thick skin, intensity and resilience. Lead Supervisor / Trainer (Current Employee) – Brentwood, NH – June 11, 2013
The people I work with in the office are great. Every day is different and interesting. Management show's favoritism, which can make your job difficult if you have an issue with the person they are friends with in and out side of work. This job on one hand can be very exciting and on the other hand extremely stressfull. The hours are long and you need to be available 7 days a week. I would like to see the company be more employee freindly. They have no health benefits, no disability insurance, no life insurance and no sick time. Vacation time needs to be addressed as well. Wages are below standards.
Home Health Aide (Former Employee) – Vassar, MI – November 9, 2012
A day at work with a client if it's the morning I will fix breakfast, clean wash cloths if needed. I will bath my resident if wanted and put his/her cloths on. If there is anything outside the house that needs to be done then we will take care of that. I have learned that taking care of the elderly is a very big job there's a lot of responsibilities but throughout all of needs to be done I really enjoy myself and client.
