This position required sales experience and was built on maintaining relationships with current accounts as well as responsibility to cold call and establish relationships with prospects and new customers.
This job allowed me to gain more presentations, travel, and cold call experience as well as adapt to new sales techniques.
Management was very relaxed and not overbearing. Sometimes it felt a little too distant especially at the beginning when training began. All of my co-workers were friendly and kept to themselves, drama free. The hardest part of the job was finding new leads, however it was equally rewarding.
I really enjoyed traveling to my accounts, building and maintaining relationships with them, and also all of the presentations that were needed in closing a sale.
