Phenomenal company to work for. Unique work environment with a lot of support for their agents. Their tools used to help their agents grow are helpful and with the brand they are trusted.

Developing a pipeline
REAL ESTATE AGENT (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJanuary 16, 2013
Start of the day is looking at the previous day's market activity. This is usually on a downloaded or online "hot sheet" report. Seeing what is sold, new listings, price changes and other activity in their market. Confirm appointments
Helped clients with contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing processes.
Taking clients personally to appointments and execute any other paper work and meeting with attorneys to file proper paper work
Pros
making your own schedule
Cons
necessary pipeline

Great learning experience
Senior Executive Assistant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 15, 2012
I was able to learn the ins and outs of real estate. It was a very autonomous position, however you must be driven and a self-starter. It is not a regular 9-5 position, so if you like a challange this might be a good fit.
Pros
autonomy, flexible schedule.
Cons
must be available 24/7
