You have to be able to deal with unethical management, poor morals from supervisors
Stockroom Clerk/ Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMNovember 20, 2015
Don't get me wrong not all management is like that but for the most part they are. You call corporate to talk to them and the person in charge of helping you out will make your issue worse. The superintendent will retaliate against you.
Pros
The owner is great.
Cons
The owner has to pay attention to who he hires for these positions.

Production/Washroom Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Tucson, AZNovember 11, 2015
Hard work everyday for employees that keep working, but is an older culture for new employees. Could have better management running the plant that cares about the employees and not just the work that is being done.
Pros
set schedule
Cons
bad management

Customer service rep/driver (Former Employee) –  San AntonioJuly 9, 2015
Long, hard, hot hours delivering and picking up towels, mats and uniforms. Dirty and heavy and most of the customers hated us. Wait weeks for new or exchanged uniforms. Plant always losing clothes or putting orders together wrong. Overall horrible experience.
Pros
On your own most of the time, pay ok but not worth the amount of work
Cons
Endless complaints and problems, no control

route sales driver (Former Employee) –  Moorpark, CAOctober 31, 2014
actual job functions are okay: dealing with customers, being on your own most of the time, selling or negotiating new business to improve the company and yourself. but with lack of support from management is was not easy to overcome obstacles that a nonmanagement employee should have to deal with. e.g. shortages, customer complaints about billing/statements, missing checks/payments
Pros
co workers, getting out in the field daily, dealing with customers, driving newer trucks
Cons
absentee management, billing department withholding payments, ceo not wanting to know problems/issues at plant level, was only interested in numbers but not how numbers came to be

horrible work life balance and terrible upper management
Sales and Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Milpitas, CAJuly 28, 2014
Be prepared to work long hours and get no support from outside your location. Expected to do a lot more work than pay compensates. Loved all the direct people I worked with but outside the facility, the reality of a family run business will haunt you. Upper management expects you to brown nose and they only promote if they like you not whether you think outside the box or are capable.
Cons
everything
