A company with great potential
Manager (Current Employee) –  United StatesJuly 6, 2015
A very solid product that is fundamentally changing the way business collaborate and work together. The business has developed a lot of strong institutional knowledge around collaboration and the use of shared workspace that's truly unique.

What's lacking right now is a strong focus on operational and product execution. The product suffers from too many bugs, and needs to move toward a true enterprise class solution. Operationally they are challenged to deliver.

The company will face severe pressure by Microsoft in the next year with their new Hub product offer.
Pros
Compelling technology that companies need
Cons
Management needs to really focus on execution - product must evolve from good to great.

Niche but fun
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CAFebruary 26, 2015
A niche technology and market, hard working company with many avenues to success. Who doesn't love TV, then blow it up to 100ft, wow. Great product to work on and I can't wait to see what they do next.
Pros
Awe inspiring product installed at jaw dropping location, ping pong table
Cons
A real-deal start-up and all the risk that goes with it.

As people arrive interact with fellow engineers to learn the status of R&D and cost reductions projects. Then around 10ish check email to check meeting status. then lunch at noon.. Work on projects while addressing production floor issues. Wrap up the day at 4;00..
