Yes, you do get summer's off and you CAN get paid through the summer!! I do! I have my pay averaged out to get paid through the summer! You can get paid for 10 month average or 12 month average (although your checks are a little bit less during the school year). You can also collect unemployment at the same time!

PSI works hard completing market research and ensuring that their rates are competitive and in line with other similar companies. The salary is lower than working in a hospital or medical facility however the acuity level, duties and hours are substantially reduced. Additional benefits include attendance bonuses, stipends and free professional development activities.

Background check is fingerprinting, they do it right at the company, no charge to you! I assume they are looking for crimes against children (ie: abuse, molestation, etc.), as you will be working in a school! No, there is no drug test, but you are expected to adhere to drug free, workplace policies!
