The job wasn't for me, and I would never go back. There where to many people are getting injured. Management and HR didn't seem to care about work conditions, just having machine clean before start up.
Sanitation Worker (Former Employee) – Pine Bluff, AR – July 18, 2017
you will work at least five to six days a week, every week. You will get paid every week which is a plus. I never had any problems with my check or with my money not coming on time. I do the work, and I get paid for it.
Sanitation Worker (Former Employee) – Washington Court House, OH – July 5, 2017
When I say fly by I mean the time seems to fly by because their is always something to do. I learned how lockout tag out equipment, learned what chemicals to mix and what not to mix example. bleach and acid = no. Hardest part I would say is the work, well the work itself is not hard it's just they got like 28 workers there and a whole factory to clean and people are not good on attendance, So when you get 2-4 call offs a day makes harder to keep up the whole factory. I think overall the most enjoyable part was using the high pressure hose to knock pull garbage across the floors.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT (Former Employee) – Owasso, Ok – June 6, 2017
arrive at 8:00 am and start seeing patients right away, the mood the provider was in would predict how the day would go. We would see 15 to 20 patients per day in a Family Practice and Pediatric setting. I learned how to balance multi providers in a infant to elderly environment. The Clinic was understaffed and everyone had 2-3 jobs to take care of but I really enjoyed the patient care. I didn't much care for the limited amount of time that I was expected to do my job.
Lead Sanitation (Former Employee) – Mexico, MO – April 20, 2017
the first day you walk in they will hit you with bs. they always put someone elses work on you. they let people leave early and you would have to finsh their work even if you have not done what you suppose to or is done with what your doing. its not a team its more like the bosses are playing favorites.
you get 1 break beside your lunch even tho you work in a factory, in Missouri thats illegal
Productive and fun you basically make your schedule
Factory machine wash (Former Employee) – Osceola, IA – March 1, 2017
basically you get the first two hours of just nothing but sitting around I mean I could have done much more work than just sitting and specially being paid for all those that is kind of a perk to otherwise the job was not so bad I would go back.
