9 hours per day but you will travel daily if you are in the consulting group. The Software sales team have local accounts so will not be on road as much.

Highlight your past commission numbers and sales success. That is all the recruiters care about. YOU WILL NOT BE HIRED if you missed quotas in past - make sure you have a good explanation for why. And yes, the recruiters and sales managers go back year by year for your sales performance.

Typical questions pertaining to sales goals, how I approach customers. They like people who can sell value and get in front of business owners. Most legacy sales force is comfortable selling at the IT side - HP likes to hire people with a comfort zone selling to executives.
