productive and easy going workplace

Cons: moving equipment
The Fitness department at Public Safety Medical had high standards due to the nature of the job being performed but was completely autonomous. There was nobody over your shoulder and everyone worked together. Everyone was very easy going and everyone was very helpful. Although one person could see an upwards of 6 clients a day per the 3 or 4 people – more... working the paperwork was never an issue. It was divided up to lessen the load on all in order to be completed in a timely manner. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was seeing the clients. It was always a new face which kept the job upbeat. The hardest part of the job was moving and loading equipment such as the hearing booths and treadmills across a parking lot into a truck. These pieces of equipment weigh hundreds of pounds and are not supposed to be moved like they were.Moving these across a busy parking lot in hazardous weather provided more than enough challenge. The biggest aspect I learned is developing my professional opinion. No two people are the same so no scenario is the same so to be able to take in account a host of risk factors and testing information and make a educated assessment happened over time with experience – less
