Not a fun environment Sr. Renewable Energy Analyst (Former Employee) – Salem, OR – July 22, 2017 Poor leadership. Managers are not skilled at leading teams to get results. Managers were disrespectful of staff and other managers. This created a fear culture. Working on innovative policy was the best part, but the actual work with the leadership was silly and very disheveled.
benefits, challenging work
not high quality leaders, smart people with elitist attitudes.
