Does not support the staff.
Sadly does not support their staff when RN's and LVN's are out there sticking their necks out for the patients and Pulse. I worked for Pulse for > 10 years w/o a complaint, and one manager did not care for me and they did not want to use me again. And it was simply a personality thing. Very disappointing, but how life can be sometime.
