Pulte has eliminated 1/3 of its employees in the past 6+ months. They posted an $86 million dollar loss for 1Q2007!
During this same time, D.R. Horton and Lennar were profitable.
Going to work for Pulte at this time is like walking on thin
ice -- you're likely to go under!
