Productive and fun workplace
Sales Consultant/Construction Superintendent (Former Employee), Chicago, IL – March 13, 2013
As a construction manager and sales consultant for Pulte Homes/Del Webb, I gained a solid understanding of construction processes and fundamental real estate supply and demand economics. These experiences helped me better understand and anticipate consumer behaviors and communicate market trends and analysis to senior management.

I enjoyed the money made building homes!
Construction Superintendent (Former Employee), Scottsdale, AZ – February 21, 2013
Pros: freedom to complete tasks. outdoor atmosphere (-summer temps) pay!
Cons: fluxuation of housing market.
I excelled in developing relationships with field vendors to improve job performance from each vendor. It was tough to keep up with the fast pace of line building. The main reward for my family was the large paycheck! I was sorry to see the housing market decline.

Typical corporate job
Infrastructure Tech I (Current Employee), Englewood, CO – December 21, 2012
Pros: my co-workers
Cons: typical corporate environment.
I work in the IT department for this company. Most of my co-workers awesome and fun loving people.

This company is like any other corporation, despite the fact that they try not to be. They only value those who produce revenue, not those who make it possible for the revenue producers to do what they do. Unless you work on the 2nd floor or are VP, you – more... will be appreciated in words only; not by actions at Pulte.

They do give annual raise reviews, so that is a plus and they have department as well as company holiday dinners; most of the time. – less

Amazing company
Loan Processor Assistant (Former Employee), Englewood, CO – November 2, 2012
Pros: atmosphere, management, compensation
Cons: at times workload
This is probably the best company I have worked for, they treat you like family; and train you before you are on "the floor". Met the CEO and plenty of family activites. Very much the family atmosphere in a corporate role.

Awsome company. Great culture, friendly and you wanted to go to work each and every day.
Home builder (Former Employee), Royal Oak, MI – September 9, 2012
Pros: relaxed atmosphere, free lunches and groceries were purchased each week to eat at anytime.
Cons: no cons
A typical day was completing your job and having a relaxed atmosphere.

I learned a lot about accounting, journal entries, month and year end closings.

Management was the best at all levels. The President would even come by each morning and say hello to all of us in the office.

I can't say there was anything hard about it. I loved my job.

I enjoyed – more... every aspect of the job. The employees and management were fantastic. – less
