Internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations Specialist
Boutique Investment firm in Tacoma is seeking motivated team player who desires to work in an environment that will allow you to gain experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This position requires a person who is detailed oriented and has great time management skills. The candidate must be comfortable speaking with people over the phone in a sales and service role. The candidate for this position has to have willingness to learn and participate in multiple aspects of an investment management firm and a strong desire to be a part of a team environment. Key responsibilities are customer service, back office administration, information gathering, product overviews, website overviews, assisting with marketing and sales campaigns, and being a liaison between sales and operations.
2 – 4 years of sales experience or 2+ years of experience working in a sales support role
Demonstrated history of closing business opportunities and building long term relationships
Superior customer service skills with a professional, upbeat phone demeanor
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent and persuasive oral and written communications skills required
Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
Excellent written (both email and traditional) and verbal communication skills.
Presentation skills in person and over the phone
Ability to think outside the box and multitask
Financial Services operational knowledge desired
