I don't know for sure about all of Purdue, but I know that the Veterinary Teaching hospital has a very high turnover rate. Morale is very low. The hardworking, caring people are fleeing at an alarming rate due to terrible administration. Department supervisors are almost all hardworking, and willing to jump in and help their team when ever needed. Even these supervisors are looking for other jobs due to the stupid ideas and politics of the administration.
