About Pure Resourcing Solutions
In September 2002, Pure Resourcing Solutions was established in Histon, near Cambridge. The aim of the business was to provide temporary, permanent and executive accountancy recruitment to commercial, professional and public sector customers across East Anglia.
The founders of Pure Resourcing Solutions recognised a gap in the market for an independent, – more... specialist agency which focused on providing a quality recruitment service by building long-term relationships with clients and candidates to provide a quality recruitment service.
As an independent company, Pure Resourcing Solutions has tailored its services to the needs of the individual, without the constraints often associated with large recruitment firms. Our customer-focused attitude involves understanding your requirements and responding swiftly with informed advice and action.
Since 2003, Pure Resourcing Solutions has raised in excess of £6,000 for its chosen local charity, the East Anglian Children's Hospice. The company has used its business network to promote EACH and fundraise on its behalf by organising client fundraising events.
In September 2004, Pure Resourcing Solutions launched its Norwich office, with a team of four experienced consultants committed to strengthening the company's East Anglia network.
Pure Resourcing Solutions quickly established a reputation as an innovative recruiter which delivered a high-quality service. High-profile preferred supplier agreements were secured with local organisations, including Norwich Union and PPD, and the company organised a number of high-profile events, including an HR professional event which addressed the issues of flexible working in today's workplace.
By July 2005, the Cambridge business had expanded further and, with an established team of experienced consultants on board, moved into its own purpose-built premises in Histon, Cambridge. This reinforced the Pure Resourcing Solutions brand and gave the team an even stronger sense of identity.
Pure Resourcing Solutions consultants are all highly-experienced professionals with consultants having gained an average of 8 years recruitment experience. Each consultant has acquired specialist knowledge of a particular business sector, enabling the company to offer expert advice in the commercial, public and private sector.
In March 2006, the team launched the third office in Ipswich to complement the existing offices in Cambridge and Norwich.
In June 2006 positive feedback from clients who have enjoyed the resourceful and consultative approach convinced us to launch Pure Resourcing Solutions Office Recruitment. This business focuses on temporary and permanent recruitment for secretarial, administrative, HR and Office management roles.
