RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Entry-level Business Analyst position with large opportunity for growth for the right smart, self-motivated, team-oriented person. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Assist CEO in management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll processing, general book-keeping and cashflow management
Provide general administrative support to management team, particularly company President and CEO
Day-to-day administration of company data, managing support requests from end users and project teams, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate setup of all relevant data and reports
Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring internal database systems and procedures
Assist Marketing and Sales departments with data management and administrative tasks as needed
This role will exercise considerable discretion, judgment and capability in analyzing information and taking action. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in handling work for various projects and departments and must have a “can-do” attitude as well as a willingness to perform any job tasks requested by management.
This role has a lot of room for growth, as the company is dynamic and growing fast in the expanding healthcare sector. As we are an eco-friendly company, interest in the environment is preferred.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year college degree required
Prior experience in accounting, book-keeping a plus
Must have excellent problem solving skills, a knack for numbers, and a talent for recognizing trends and patterns in large amounts of data
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects while being flexible to frequently changing priorities
Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficient in the use of all commonly used Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel) – knowledge of Access and/or other database software a plus
Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team-player
Self-starting, needing minimal management
Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Time management skills with a strong sense of prioritization and follow-through
