We are currently seeking a Customer Satisfaction Specialist (for our Fort Lauderdale location) who shares our values, and has the desire and commitment to help us achieve our mission.

WORK SCHEDULE: M - F 9am - 6pm

Provides outstanding service experience and ensures customers expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

- Provides outstanding customer experience
- Goes above & beyond to build customer relationship with new & returning customers
- Responsible for inbound/outbound calls and written customer correspondence
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and understanding of company products
- Maintains professional demeanor and customer focus at all times when representing the company
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues/complaints and follows-up to ensure problem resolution
- Maintains notes of customer inquiries, complaints, comments, transactions records, and actions taken
- Works proactively to identify and resolve possible future complaints
- Evaluates customer needs to identify appropriate product solutions and opportunities for cross-selling
- Educates customer on company products and its correct use
- Accurately and timely processes customer orders and RMA’s per procedures
- Prepares quotes
- Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience & Skills)
- High School diploma and 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction/and or sales; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- Customer service orientation and stress tolerance
- Computer skills; email & general business software (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Intermediate to Advanced Data Entry skills, with attention to detail & accuracy
- Highly motivated and results oriented individual able to work independently and as a team
- Bilingual (Eng/Spanish) highly desired
- Demonstrated efficient Time Management and Organization skills
- Demonstrated Analytical and Problem Solving/Resolution skills
- Intermediate Math and Reading Comprehension skills

- Frequently required to stand, walk, and operate specified product equipment, telephones, and other office and technology equipment requiring gross and fine motor skills, and eye-hand coordination
- Frequently required to view detailed drawings or reports closely

- Requires routine and frequent meeting of critical deadlines and details, which may be stressful
