I usually come to work clock in talk to my boss to see if anything special needs to get done and get going. I've learned how to manage people and advance my customer service. My co-workers are great everyone is very nice and personable just like everyone at a job like that should be. I was a key holder for the company so I would open the store for them and begin the day. I would prepare food and the dining area for the customers. I would handle customer complaints if any and would make lists for other employees of tasks that needed to be completed before the afternoon.

This is a company that shows you what is needed to be a manager in a restaurant. Be prepared to be transfered around to different locations. If you are the General Manager, you are required to be on call 24/7. Perfect for anyone without high demands on the homefront.

Fast food but up scale. Atleast as for Fast Food! Overall a good company. Can be diffacult if you don't know Spanish. Great Benifits. Salery is not bad! Lots of customer service!

Qdoba is a great place to work while attending school. Excellent benefits, advancement oppurtunities, and high standards.

Qdoba is the easiest place to work at ever! However I give it a low rating not because of the company but because of the employees and supervisors/managers that I work with. There aren't any respect, most of the supervisors aren't as time managed as can be. But they are still doing a good job at doing their job. Moreover, employees at this company doesn't – more...  own up to their blame but point fingers at others and don't seem to take this job seriously but fool around.
