Wake up and clock in and have a safety meeting before driving to location. When we arrive on location we have another safety meeting on equipment, stages, and iron. I learned to do pre-trips on 18 wheelers. How to inspect and rig down equipment properly. Measure and test chemicals while following safety procedures. Management was great and my co-workers became family. Hardest part of the job was being away from my family and the most enjoyable part was rigging up and down equipment.
Per Diem and occasional free meals. Learning something new almost everyday
Away from my children and home a week or two at a time.

Came to work not knowing who would make it out. No proper safety guidelines, They had very poor management skills. Supervisor used their guidelines from old jobs so there were no consistent procedures.

A great place to work good money and good people to work with. Management has poor attitude toads workers. That's just the oil field the benefits are great and start with in 30 to 60 days depending on date of hire. Have fun and stay away from management.

I was a CDL A, EO doing frac .My operations mgr. said all he needed was a warm body when he hired me . That wasn't very inspiring. I learned alot about safty. The rest of my learning I had to ask questions. I also just watched others. .Alot of the supervisors quit and so did the General Mgr and Vice Pres, they were first to go. Then they had the big lay off in Feb.
Alot of hours, good money. Great culture diversity .
They hired people that were not qualified to be Treaters and it cost the company BIG.

You work 8 days on and 4 days off, you move Heavy equipment from one sight to another sometimes within a few miles other times hundreds of miles away, you work in all kinds of weather day and night, You rig up a sight frac and rig down.
